The Final course consists of two groups Group I and Group II, with four papers in each group. Candidates have to clear both the groups to become a qualified chartered accountant.
7. Registration and Examination: Candidates have to register with the ICAI at different stages of the course and appear for the examinations conducted by the institute. The CA exams are conducted twice a year in May and November.
