Refund Policy

At QwikFilings, we work very hard to ensure our clients are satisfied with the quality of our services. We constantly improve and strive to deliver the best compliance and legal solutions online. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the situation amicably. The refund policy below applies to QwikFilings Online (OPC) Private Limited and all products and services it offers.

Still Not Satisfied? Let Us Know

If you are not satisfied with the service, kindly email us at support@qwikfilings.com with your query and the problem you are facing. We will try to resolve the situation and complete your engagement to the best of our ability. If we cannot reach a mutual solution, we will try to terminate the work agreement amicably. A refund will not be issued for premature termination of an engagement, as we incur fixed costs.

Money Refund Policy

We will process a refund if your work has not yet started from our end. Once we have started your work, we will not issue a refund after that point.

No Dues Policy

If you wish to discontinue services after work has started, you must clear the pending dues in full as per the package amount — even for partly completed work. Once you obtain a no-dues certificate from us via email, you can request the courier of your DSC tokens. If any amount remains unpaid, we will retain the tokens until full payment is cleared.

Change of Service

We do not offer change of services.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email support@qwikfilings.com along with the details of the transaction. We will check eligibility and process the request as per this refund policy. Refunds are normally processed within 2–4 weeks from the date of request, along with all relevant information.

Penalty or Tax Payment

QwikFilings and its employees act as a corporate service provider. While it is our responsibility to prepare the necessary filings, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure their accuracy and correctness. Accordingly, QwikFilings will not pay any penalties or taxes on behalf of its clients. QwikFilings is also not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of a service that is out of scope.

Factors Outside Our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of any particular procedure. For example, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of QwikFilings’ service. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with government platforms (such as the MCA, Income Tax, or FSSAI websites) can cause long delays before your process is complete. Similarly, QwikFilings does not guarantee the results or outcomes of services rendered by Associates who are not employed by QwikFilings. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for a refund. A delay in the processing of your file by the government cannot be a reason for a refund.

Force Majeure

QwikFilings shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or in default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott, or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
